Linda combines her extensive professional background in Sales, Management, and Behavioral Health skills from 30 + years as a business leader.  She has a burning desire to help people achieve their dreams.

She has lived and worked in many areas across the United States. Her business is based on over 80% referrals from satisfied clients.  She has sold properties in all price ranges from starter homes to commercial real estate.  

Most important to her is providing the excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.  Linda is here to give you a peace of mind. 

Kim is an established Broker in the Richmond area and a licensed instructor at Moseley Flint School of Real Estate. As a Broker, her first priority is to make our clients happy.  Kim listens to our clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction.  She strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free.

I have 20+ years in the real estate industry.  It includes residential, multi-family dwellings, finance, and property management.  In recent years, I expanded my area of expertise towards commercial real estate and business brokerage through my knowledge of CoStar Group product lines and area research.  I am pleased to announce my recent accomplishments within the CVBBA as a Regional Director of the Richmond, VA market.  Also, I am on the board of directors for Anderson’s Alert as their Secretary.
